HCG is a prescription medication used by NBH Lifetime Health Weight Loss Centers in two of its calorie restricted weight loss programs, Rapid Weight Loss with HCG and the Fast Track Program with HCG. These are both calorie restricted diet programs.

We generally prescribe Hcg as an injection although other forms are available including sublingual and cream. We publish results obtained by actual clients on our websites (please see the Actual Results/Testimonial section). Any reference to “average” results is based on the data gathered from our InBody Composition Machine for clients of our clinics.

Your results may vary. NBH Lifetime Health uses Hcg for the benefits seen in our two calorie restricted diet programs. These benefits  include maintaining lean mass and  basal metabolic rate and alleviating hunger in most clients.

FDA NOTE: HCG IS NOT FDA APPROVED FOR THE TREATMENT OF OBESITY OR FOR WEIGHT LOSS. ACCORDING TO THE FDA, “THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE THAT HCG INCREASES WEIGHT LOSS BEYOND THAT RESULTING FROM THE CALORIE RESTRICTION.” HCG HAS BEEN FDA APPROVED FOR ONLY PREPUBERTAL CRYPTORCHIDISM (UNDESCENDED TESTICLES), HYPOGONADOTROPIC HYPOGONADISM IN MALES (DECREASED FUNCTION OF THE TESTES DUE TO A PITUITARY DEFICIENCY), AND OVULATION INDUCTION (FERTILITY TREATMENT).

We offer natural appetite suppressants and prescription products, such as Phentermine, that are both safe and effective. We offer natural health supplements that are pharmaceutical grade and clinically proven. The natural supplements help solve problems of poor sleep, high stress, anxiety, cravings for sugar and carbohydrates , fat loss, unhealthy cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, irregular and/or difficult periods, and other health related problems that can affect your weight as well as your health.

Individualized Programs. What makes our clinic unique is that we look at you as an individual. Through proper testing, detailed consultations and monthly follow-ups, we determine (1) the cause of your weight gain; (2) what health conditions might interfere with your ability to lose weight (for example, medications that you are taking, low thyroid levels, high glucose levels, etc.); and (3) what will best work for you given your individual situation.

Education. The monthly follow-up at the Lifetime Health Weight Loss Centers allows us to monitor the use of the appetite suppressants and natural health products as well as your monthly weight loss program. This also allows us to establish a standard of care that is followed at all of the Lifetime Health Weight Loss Centers. This is an excellent time for you to ask any questions about weight loss, natural supplements, natural hormones, and other services offered by Lifetime Health that might offer benefits to your health program. It is also an excellent time to receive further education on obtaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Life’s Interference. We do realize that circumstances occur in each patient’s life that may interfere with their weight loss during some months. If it becomes necessary for you to stop the program for personal reasons, do not be discouraged. Just try to maintain your weight and simply come back and rejoin the program as soon as you are able. Medications. We have found that most of our patients can take the natural appetite suppressants or the prescription appetite suppressants, like Phentermine, with minimal side effects. When you begin the program, you will be asked to read carefully and sign an informed consent concerning the suppressants. If you do develop any side effects, please contact our office. If our office is closed, please discontinue the medication and contact us during working hours. If your symptoms are persistent or severe, please see your regular physician or go to your local emergency room. Please take your medications with you so that your physician will know which medication you are taking.
