Any and all medication prescribed by our doctors and/or medical associates for medical treatment will be purchased directly from a US FDA approved pharmacy in the patient’s name and for the patient’s use only. Patients whom are found to have submitted fraudulent information will be terminated from any health program offered by Natural Bio Health, NBH Lifetime Health and Lifetime Health Weight Loss Centers or any of its affiliates. Any medication prescribed is only for the use of the patient and is not to be transferred, distributed, modified, or used by any other party. Possible adverse reactions to the prescription HCG may include the following: injection site pain, edema, irritability, headache, restlessness, gynecomastia, depression or fatigue.
